1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ObligeIQ application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. ObligeIQ is operated from London, United Kingdom.

2. Description of Service

ObligeIQ is an Artificial Intelligence-powered platform designed to extract obligations and data from property management and legal documents.

Not Legal Advice: The output generated by our AI is for informational and organizational purposes only. AI systems can hallucinate or misinterpret complex legal language. ObligeIQ does not provide legal advice. You are strictly responsible for independently verifying the accuracy of any extracted clauses, dates, or obligations before taking business or legal action.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and necessary permissions to upload and process any documents (including third-party contracts or leases) you submit to the Service.

4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds

• Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis via our payment processor, Stripe.
• Taxes and VAT: All fees are exclusive of any applicable local taxes, VAT, GST, or other sales taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Service based on your global jurisdiction.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which you will be downgraded to a free or restricted state.
• No Refunds: ObligeIQ generally maintains a strict no-refund policy. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service, unused document credits, or forgotten cancellations. However, we reserve the right to issue refunds, discounts, or credits at our sole and absolute discretion on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the documents you upload and the specific data extracted from them.
• Our Platform: ObligeIQ retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the software, UI/UX, branding, and underlying extraction architecture.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UK law, ObligeIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Inaccuracies, errors, or hallucinations produced by the AI extraction engine.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

7. Export Compliance

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a UK, US, or EU government embargo, or that has been designated by these governments as a "terrorist supporting" country. You further represent that you are not listed on any UK, US, or EU list of prohibited or restricted parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
